DigiExpress Returned after repair of Battery totally non-functional New Kennsington, Pennsylvania

Sent in ITouch for new battery (old one losing charge quicker and quicker - as old batteries will do), and have earphone jack replaced.  Both fixes required soldering to be done (5 joints on the ear jack alone) to the main board.  To get to the battery the main board needs to be detached for the chasis.    UNIT WAS FUNCTIONAL WHEN SENT TO DIGIEXPRESS

THey sent the unit back saying the board was the problem.  Fix would be more than it was worth.  Only going to refund for parts UNIT IS NOW TOTALLY NON-FUNCTIONAL NOW. 

I sent a complaint via e-mail, and a voice mail.  They called.  Stayed with the retorical company line.  NO RESOLUTION to the fact that the ITouch is now Totally Non-functional.

Looking at this website, this is a recurring theme with this company.  I hope there is a lawsuit out there I can join against them.
