Complaint Review: Digiexpress

Digiexpress Sent Ipod Touch to them, they said it was the battery, got it and di the same thing, NOTHING. Called them they said it was working send it back and now it is the main board and they cant fix it. New Kensington, Pennsylvania

Sent them the Ipod Touch, they said it was the battery, once I got it back, it did the same thing, NOTHING, called and they said it had worked before they sent it back, and for me to return it to them to repair again. They now tell me it is the mother board and that it normally takes a few days before you find out it was the main board and that it isnt repairable. Company is nothing but a scam. Will never use them again, and plan on contacting my credit card company for a refund cause the didnt fix it but made it worse.

...you should have sent it to the manufacturer to get fixed, in this case Apple.  Don't use 3rd party companies for this sort of thing.
