I had sent an I phone in to be repaired. I had been told I need additional parts to repar to which I sent additional $106.00 (over and above the $51.75 diagnosis fee) They had the phone for 8+ weeks and I finally made contact with them. They offered to refund my money and send back the Iphone. I recieved the Iphone in poor condition and never recieved my money back. These people cannot be trusted and stole my money!

I have worked for DigiExpress for quite some time and first of all our diagnosis/repair fee is $25, not $51.75. We would NEVER have an iPod or iPhone for over 8 weeks for a legitimate reason. It is obvious that this customer WAITED FOREVER to contact us. Who would wait 8 weeks to contact a company about their iPhone??? It must not have been very important to this customer since our technicians send a diagnosis within 24 to 72 hours!!

If the parts this person ordered did not work, his iPhone must have had a logic board issue. We WOULD NEVER SEND AN iPHONE, iPOD or iPAD back is poor condition. We send them back fully assembled and clean, even if it was not repairable.

This customer was refunded, so total lie! Why would we keep a customer's money if the parts were not needed?? I would think if we kept this customer's money they would have filed a charge back or tried to sue us, which never happened because we didn't keep the money.

AGAIN, another customer who didn't like to outcome of the repair (a logic board issue) and posts a negative review that is full of lies just because they were angry that their device was not repairable.

This just makes me sick.

I was referred to Digi Express from a friend who had his iPod repaired there. Apple wouldn't cover the damage under their warranty, so I figured that I had nothing to lose. I followed the instructions on the website and got an email when they got my phone in the mail. They posted my diagnosis on their "response ticket" and I got an email with the results. I sent them the additional money and had my iPhone back in 3 days.
