Complaint Review: Digital Art Solutions

 Purchased this software over a year ago and still today have not gotten my money's worth I paid over $1200 for this software and it does not do half the work they promise you it will do. They gave me one doggle which means you can only have one designer at a time. When I asked Craig my sales rep. If I would be able to work on mutiple machines at one time he said yes. Of course you can install the software on as many computers as you have. He didnt mention that the software comes with one doggle and only one designer at a time, if he would have shared that info I would have never purchased this software. for this amount of money, I could have purchased a cheaper software a couple of times. a second doggle cost $495 which is cheaper than other software that's out here dong 10'xs better than what this software does, Still trying to convert items and can't when I watched the training videos most of it is talking about using the software with Corel Draw, which I dont have, I asked if I needed that. the answers was no you can use this as a stand alone software. The software has my computer extremely slow and in the middle of working on a project the software crashes. You have to send 100 emails to get someone to call you with some help with the software, and they cant even help. I had to call to find out about updates, for the software instead of them sending me a email. It is not user friendly. I strongly suggest you stay away from this software I put my software on Ebay and Craigslist to sell I absolutely hate this software. And the more I think about it the more upset I am. I worked hard for that money, so that my company will run smoothly and It will be profitable.This company needs to be held accountable for selling lies.
