This company will be sued in California for false and deceptive business practice and will include punitive damages.  They are DISHONEST.  I wanted to purchase a wide angle lens.  I told "Ben" what I had and he stated "No, you don't have a true wide angle"  I had a 18-55 canon.  So he convinced me to purchase his "18-55: lens.  Upon receipt of the package, the lens are identical.  I called them back and theironly response was we can only exchange it for something else--no refunds.  I  read them their return policy and they said fine--I will charge you 15% restocking.  I said it's your d**n mistake for sending  the wrong lens.  He (Ben) then stated "you don't know anything about lenses" and hung up.  I was able to return it with a authorization number and sure enough they deducted $69.00 for "restocking".  This is how this company makes their money.  Do this 10 times a day and you have $690.00.

Therefore, I was cheated.  This company is incompentent and rude and arrogant.  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them.  They sell you what they want and not what you need.  Then charge a restocking fee.  I called my bank and immediately informed then of the fraud.  They asked for a statement, a recipt and then gave me full credit of $309.95.  I still intend to sue the crooks here in California for at least $20,000.00 and they will pay up since I will get a default judgment and execute in New York.  Ben, is a crook !!!  These guys belong in JAIL.....
