I purchased from this company without doing my homework (my fault). They misrepresent their products - hyping it as "new" version when it isn't. Customer service is rude and wants to just talk rather than listen. They will do the bait and switch or try to talk you into package deals since they have it in their policy "No returns on package deals". The customers service person wouldn't even let me get two words out whereas I would have been willing to exchange the order for something else. They're obviously not very concerned with repeat customers. Additionally, they conveniently record the conversations when it's in their best interest and don't inform the customers of this. They're very quick to deny returns. Won't do business with this company again. Don't understand how they stay in business. No choice but to chalk it up to lesson learned. I had planned on buying (2) additional lenses for myself but was looking for vendor to provide 18 additional Canon EOS SLR's for district. Just goes to show you people don't know who they're dealing with - they shot themselves in the foot on this one - taking my business elsewhere. And don't believe the BS about they're not the company - they are!
