last April 22nd, I ordered a Nikon D700 camera package with two lenses included on the web site for my dauther who lives in Maui, HI to replace a similar camera that was stolen. I tried to call the company during the posted business hours but got a recording that the company was not open and to call back. Someone from the company contacted me the following day and told me the camera I ordered was an international version and couldn't be serviced in the US. I tried to cancel the order but was informed I would be changed a 30% restocking fee and should replace the camera with a Canon EOS 60D package that is a US version. I don't know cameras but requested the camera serial number and told them they had to confirm it with my daughter before it could be authorized. Long story short, they placed the order and shipped it later that day. Meanwhile, I researched the camera on line and found it was also an international version, not US. My daughter told me no one contacted her and the camera is just a Rebel, nothing she's interested in, so I told her to refuse the package. Unfortunately her boyfriend accepted it but it was never opened. My wife and I visited her a few weeks later and we drove the package back to UPS. It was returned  as "REFUSED DELIVERY" and I have the signed reciept for it from the NYC location confirming it was received. Someone from this company called me in HI at 5am a few days after returning the camera wanting to know if they could charge me credit card for the shipment. I asked him to call back in a few hours to discuss it but no one ever did nor has anyone since. I recieved no credit for the $1,399.99 amount even after involving my credit card company and they've given up trying. We've both been trying to resolve this for the past six months with no success, I'm out the money and have no product. I work in the IT industry and have ordered on line for many years. By far this is the worst experience I've ever encountered with any on line service. These are typical bait and switch tactics that I got sucked into and would never recommend this site to anyone.
