Unbelievable prices - the saying goes that if it is too good to be true, it probably it.

Bait and switch, hidden fees, incomplete order fulfillment, and unresponsive customer service... that seems to be a complete package for staying away.

First they tried to switch me to a more expensive camera package - with all the pressure I should have taken the queue and cancelled.  I did get the Nikon kit (body, lens, battery and charger) in less than a week, but that was only part of the "package" deal.  Missing camera case, lens cleaning kit. tripod, screen protectors (none of which is worth much), 8GB SDHC memory, UV filter, and Nikon SB-700 flash.  3 emails (don't bother with using their "contact us" page - they do not respond to emails) and 4 phone calls to customer service resulted in a lot of empty promises.  Only when Master Card pulled back the charge did I get a response.  Within 3 days of that I got the package with most of the missing items - still waiting on that UV filter!

And the great price - hidden away in very small print was a surcharge that made up the difference in their price over any reputable dealer.

And the package had a return address of "The Camera Shop" in Brooklyn, NY - I see on other reviews that the brick-and-mortar store is as bad as their Web store.
