My story is like most of the others that I have read regarding this scam. I was cashing a check at the bank when I was approached by two young men. The guys told me that they had gotten a large shipment and had to get rid of the speakers. The prices on the boxes were $2,000 for each speaker and $1,500 for the small speakers. When they offered me these speakers for only $1,000 I was hesitant. I turned to go and they offered them to me for $500, which I couldn't resist. Unfortunately, when I returned to the office I called a friend to tell them what a great deal I got, and they described my entire experience and told me that the speakers weren't worth anything. Hopefully, others can learn from my bad experience and save their money.
