Well, it looks like the two brothers Sharmad and Chaz of Digital Ear, after repeated pleas to correct the gross theft of over $270K, refuse to admit or at least give my friend a receipt for his $100K of Naim 555 series amp, preamp, CDP and Naim fraim, and Wilson Benecsh speakers w/ Torus subwofer that Sharmad took to sell. Sharmad then asked and
recieved 2 payments of $60K to personal bank account, further demanded $100K in payment to Digital Ear the company for:

Burmester 069 w/power supply

Burmester 808MK5

Burmester 037 multi channel amp

Burmester 948 power conditoner

Mark Levinson no.53 monos

Mark Levinson no.502 surround processor

Focal/Jm Labs Stella speaker with $4K special Porsche arctic silver finish

Runco projector

Stewert Filmscreen

PS. I bought a Runco 50" plasma with outboard processor on 11/10 and was told it was new. I found out today the processor is 4 years old, and the plasma screen 2 years old. I have a hand written reciept from Sharmad (aka Sean) from digital Ear.

****Please spread the truth about these crooks*****

I am telling the truth 100%, when I say no lawyers were involved by me expressing my mistake. Now if Digital Ear does not make good on their promise and I get all the facts, I will let you all know asap. If my friend says he is satisfied with Digital Ear, than so am I. You have my word on this.

Sounds like you got a letter from the lawyers.

It's usually NOT wise to post disparaging remarks against someone BEFORE checking the facts.

I made a mistake

This is an apology to Digital Ear in Tustin Ca. I wrongly thought they ripped off my friend for $300,000. My friend forgot to tell me he is getting different and new equipment that is on order from Digital Ear. I am the author of the original report, and the people reading this, I was trying to help a friend out, but unfortunately, I did not have all the facts, and I am man (or woman :)) enough to say I made a mistake and am deeply sorry to Digital Ear.
