Complaint Review: Digital Host AKA Certihost AKA 2039in

I signed up for one year of webhosting services with DigitalHost.ws, paying one year in advance (equalling $120USD)On May 5th 2002.

I received one MONTH of hosting and then was shut down. They blamed my website being down on a technical issue and a week later told me this was all resolved and my website should be working - NADA! I sent them numerous emails and submitted numerous "helpdesk tickets" with no reply.

They have a money back guarantee, I wanted my money back, that's all! I had to rush to have my website DNS information changed because they had my domain redirecting to 2 different porn sites.
I then went to a fraud report website and reported this case there, I started this on June 17th 2002. The man helping me through this fraud repoting website finally, after a few days, received a response from Trevor Wnuk (the individual claiming to be CEO of DigitalHost.ws and who I made my check out to) Trevor claims that they had tried to contact me, but couldn't because I gave them a bogus email - NOT TRUE!

Trevor Wnuk of DigitalHost.ws promised in his email that he would send me a Money Order for the full amount of $120. We gave them my address TWICE - this was weeks ago and still no response from them.

After researching, I've found that I am not the only one experiencing these very same problems with Digitalhost.ws, Certihost.com and 2039in.com. These people are obviously scamming everyone they can and seem to be getting away with it! I am out my $120USD and I have no idea how to get it back - I live in Canada, they are in the USA!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE "COMPANIES"! They WILL rip you off, I personally guarantee that!

Thank you for allowing me to further expose these companies, I hope it will help to take them down and save any more people from going through this.
