I originally ordered a camcorder online for $399. Instead of filling the order I received an email asking me to call them. When I spoke to the sales rep he told me that I needed several accessories which were lens filters, an extra battery, and an extended warranty which changed the total to $779. He also told me that his company had a "total satisfaction guarantee and that I could return the items if I were unhappy with them.

When I received the order I realized that I did not need the $380 worth of accessories which didn't seem to work correctly with the camera. I contacted the customer service which told me that it was a package deal and that if I wanted to return the accessories I would also have to return the camera, and that I would have to pay a 5% restocking fee and that I would only be refunded $737. He also became rude accusing me of abusing the items and saying that I did not want the items just because I had opened them.

I am happy with the camera and do not wish to return it, I only wish to return the $380 worth of accessories that were not part of my original order.
