Digital Moose was one of many sellers of an item I was looking for, a Palm Tungsten C handheld. I located one of their auctions on eBay.com, and ended up the high bidder. My total came to $329.95 in the form of a Personal Money Order from CitiBank.

Digital Moose did not accept any non-secure forms of payment, and this should have been my first tipoff. I trusted them, and was eager for my product, so I sent it regardless. Even after reading the fine print on the auction, that stated they were not selling the actual item, but would buy it after I ordered it, I still sent the money.

After being strung along, with details of their difficulty in the Christmas season, I started to worry. Their response time to my emails was slow, and soon I had been tricked into waiting too long for hope of any action from eBay, which had already revoked their userID. (digital.moose)

Long after many attemtps to contact and settle with Digital Moose, and the now infamous Jonathan Nightingale, I decided to submit my case to the IFCC (Internet Fraud Complaint Center), and I urge you to do the same if you are also a victim. Their website is: www.ifccfbi.gov However they have not contacted me since my submission.

I agree that we should get organized, and try to do something to get back our money. Please if you can help us, I have a lot of information, including months of correspondence with the villan.
