Much like the other reports I have since read about Suround Sound Systems and Speakers being sold out of the back of SUV's at reduced prices, I have succumb to the same scam as others.

God I thought that I was smarter than this!

Most of the reports have been from the West Coast, but I wish to warn the people of Metro Atlanta and North Georgia that the rip off is here.

The perpetrator I met is:

Brandon Rosenbaum
300 Trea Lance Court
Alpharetta, GA.
Cell: (919)-412-3386

Representing himself as a delivery/installation technician for Digital Resource.

He was driving a late model Black Ford Explorer Georgia Tag # ATE4208

His ID and address are probably bogus, BUT his Cell number, (out of North Carolian), is good. I've left him some interesting "show me the Love" messages.

I intend to call his cell as often as possible and at all hours of the day and night to interupt his scam business as much as possible. I would encourage other readers to do the same. Let aggravate this SOB!

Here is what happened. Don't let this happen to you.

I was approached while exiting the parking lot of the Cartersville, Georgia Home Depot last Saturday. I thought the two people that flagged me down where asking for directions, but soon learned that they had a magnificant story about refused deliveries and the need to move some expensive Suround Sound equipment at reduced pricing.

I was assured that the equipment was not HOT, but let's be honest folks, I figured it was HOT and if I didn't buy it someone else would. He showed me the System in a catalog where it was selling for $ 1,9995.00. I wanted a Suround Sound System so I bought it for $ 300.00 cash. It turns out the only true statement given to me that day was "It's not HOT".

It wasn't HOT it was CRAP!

I've learned a valuable lesson: Listen to your gut first. If it sound too good to be true: It IS too good to be true.

I know that I will never see him again, but on the off chance that I do. It will be a very interesting reunion for Brandon Rosenbaum.

I know where this guy is and much more! He recently ripped me off $150 when he and his partner approached me in the same manner, driving up in a SUV. They had a box full of fake iPods, pawning them off as the real thing. I was stupid enough to bite and quickly found out they are junk! Worst thing was, I bought it for my niece to give her for Christmas. Anyone else that has been ripped off by this guy, feel free to contact me.
