I ordered the "registration  key" for Password 2000 from Share*it Digital River. The invoice stated it was to be delivered within 48 hours.  After four days of not receiving the product I began an extensive e-mail correspondence with them and with the software publisher.  After a total of ten days and 5 emails to Share*it and the software publisher (mightsoft), I still had not received the key.  When I informed them I would initiate a credit card dispute, they said they would issue a refund within three days.  The refund (of course) did not come.  I eventually completed a dispute resolution with my credit card company.

It was obvious to me that Share*it Digital River was selling something they don't have.  Very poor customer service.  Meets all the definition of a "total scam"  I will avoid the company in the future
