My husband and I purchased a Nikon D90 Digital SLR Camera +2 VR Lenses in a package. After it was ordered my husband received a call from a salesman, Kevin, telling him that in order for the camera to be capable of taking pictures at the 4.5 frames per second it has listed in the specs on their web page, he needed to upgrade the processor. (Shouldn't it be sold able to do what it says it can?) He also proceeded to sell my husband an extended warranty covering 3 years. This was an additional $150.00. Our $1,200 camera is now $1.500.

When we received the camera a lens was missing but was to be delivered a few days later. It was but the warranty was on back order and two months later we still don't have it. We have sent multiple e-mails and I have called the numbers listed on their website and packing list only to hear a message stating that they are not open. I am calling during their listed business hours. The camera is good but the accessories shown on the website are not all the same manufacturer advertised. They also mislead you into thinking the items are larger than they are. I would never use the table top flexible tri-pod with this camera. It would not support the weight. Not entirely happy with the purchase. Disgusted by the "customer service".
