Digital Shovel - Nationwide Scot Johnson Took Cryptocurrency For Services Not Delivered and Stole Equipment

I entered into a contract with Scot Johnson and Digital Shovel to provide cyrptocurrency miner hosting services. This contract required a 6 month downpayment. I provided the downpayment. 2 Months into service, Scot shut everything down, kept saying things would be fixed shortly, then said everything was shutting down. 

He claimed he would be providing refunds for the downpayment and lost mining earnings (which he promised multiple times) however, has never done so. Additionally, he repeatedly refused to return my equipment. 

Eventually he claimed he was going to return my equipment and send me tracking information. That tracking number reported the packages were never picked up and a day later, the tracking information was cancelled. I spoke with UPS who confirmed that the creator had cancelled the shipment. 

Over 2+ years, Scot has repeatedly lied, pretended he didn't say things that he did (all of this information are in emails, so it's not like he can pretend he didn't say them), and still to this day he has never returned any of my equipment of downpayment for services. 

Yet Digital Shovel continues to operate. If he weren't in Canada, he would be in jail.
