We shipped Scot Johson 100 new Bitmain miners mid 2018. At the time the miners were $2000 each.
We also wired him $30,000 for hosting deposits. They were supposed to be installed in early September of 2018. He gave us excuse and excuse of why they are delays to get them installed. After 6 months of waiting we started to put pressure on him to get them installed. In April of 2019, we demanded he return our money and miners or we have to get legal involved. He said, you want to take it there huh... He has never replied since.
Our attorney sent demand letters and for about 2 weeks his attorney Geoffrey Cher, (gcher@wildlaw.ca), www.wildlaw.ca has also stopped replying to us.
