Complaint Review: Digital TV Express

This company is a SCAM. They falsely advertised DVR cable boxes on their web site telling you that once you have paid service from your cable company, their box will work...just plug and pray. I was scammed into buying 2 DVR Explorer 800 for $165.00. The sales lady told me with all certainty that the box is already program and work with my cable service. I spoke with her twice and never once did she say I will have to call my Cable Provider to activate my DVR Box before I can use the box.
I only read that when I received the boxes and realised that the box will not work without going through my Cable provider.
I took the box to my Cable provider and told them I wanted to activate the box on my account. After I told them what kind of box I have, the lady at the counter look at me like am a crazy guy just coming out of a rock, finally I was told my box could not be activated in any way on my account and again the type of box I have is no longer being programmed or use by the company.
since then, I've tried contacting this scamming company all to no avail. The only response I got from was a link to their support site http://www.support2009.com which does me no good.
Am going to fight this company until I get my last penny back. Judge Judy, here we come!
