Digital Wireless Concepts satellite systems for Dish Network Returned system in 10/2000 still have not been refunded
In September of 2000 I purchased a satellite system from Digital Wireless Concepts. I returned the product and they recieved it on the 16th of October. Upon calling I was told in 1-2 weeks I would be refunded my money. It is now the 9th of March 2001 and they still tell me 1-2 weeks. They tell me there is no number for corporate and then another person gives me the number. LIES, LIES, LIES, that's all I have heard from this company. Buyer Beware! The number for corporate in case it's needed by any other consumers is 626-568-0812. Hopes this helps any who are in the same situation as I am in. DB
