Complaint Review: Digital Wiz Marketing

This company was hired for Instagram growth and we quickly realized that they were using shady practices and that Instagram would block the accounts if we continued.  We cancelled months ago and continue to get bills every month despite multiple notices via text and email to cancel. They were also contacted via their website. Continued billing after canellation.

Can you confirm my refund for Cat's account?  Please also provide the date when you stopped your services so we know when we are safe to pick back up with someone new.

As far as your comment about us trying to get your accounts flagged or shut down, I honesty hope that wasn’t serious. Our agency has been around for years, and no one from our staff would ever do something like that. We don’t have the time to go around doing meaningless tasks, not to mention we would gain absolutely nothing by doing that... so it doesn’t make sense.

This is honesty one of the most insulting emails I’ve ever received. I truly hope you get everything squared away with you accounts.
