I ordered a Sony home theater system (HT-5100D)on 27 March from Digitaletailer based on a search from your site.

It is 12 May and I still do not have the system. I called and talked to both Stella (#215)and John (#209) MANY TIMES.

Neither returns my calls... Although bothe say they will look into it and call me back.

They gave me a UPS tracking number on 10 April, but when I called UPS, they said it was for billing only and they never received the merchandise to ship.

On 12 April, Stella was supposed to have initiated a trace with UPS, but when I spoke with UPS on 6 May, that was never done.

Did I mention my credit card was charged on 1 April? And they will not credit my account even though they never shipped the merchandise.

A UPS Lost Package

In response Mr. Brain's compaint, this package was shipped Via UPS and was lost on there part. UPS has fianaly issued a claim number to us. I am sorry to hear that them matter hasn't been resolved, and if you do not hear from Stella or John in the next few days please contact me directly.

We try to make sure that all packages that are lost or can not be found by the carrier get replaced as soon as possible however at times the carrier will come up with the product after a tracer is placed. As far as the tracer being placed with UPS it was placed and had to be redone by UPS. Digital Etailer tries to accomadate all situations and keep all our customers happy.
