Digitally Discovered (aka Electronc Super Store) ripoff had me return broken camera by UPS with invalid return account # Brooklyn New York
first new camera delivered defective.I called & was directed by Melonie to return by UPS with there return #.
Receiving a bill from UPS stating invalid account #. Have been trying to reach by phone always busy. Did receive replacement camera but NOT new a referbished one. Spoke to Bryan & he stated all there cameras are packed there new.Got no where.

The camera sent me is now not working properly.I never heard from the company as to where my extended warrenty was to be addressed. NO phone number is working to get hold of them. Not sure but they may have skipped or changed names again. Be careful when buying on line. I am out funds payed for the extended warrenty along with return of there other broken camera.
