Digitally Discovered.com never shipped product, different answer from everyone I talked to Internet

Ordered a camera and printer on 6/30, was to be shipped within 72 hrs. Received an e-mail requesting credit card info and drivers license, which I faxed as requested. After 7 phone calls and 3 e-mails (several times I was told the product had already been shipped), I had not received the product as of 7/19.

Called again, and was asked to refax the info, then put on hold for 15 min. Called back to cancel the order. Never charged yet, thankfully, but noone at this place seems to know what is going on or can be helpful in resolving the problem!!
