Digitally Discovered -
They are completely untrustworthy. Do not do business with them! Beware of their 'good prices' and promises!

I bought an Olympus C5000 from this company in Aug. 2004.
I was promised a new camera in original packaging, and assured i'd be very happy with it. Instead I recieved a camera in a normal box, with a photocopy of the camera on it. If it had worked well, I would have even kept it. But it did not take good photos - they were all blurry.

When i called to say that I wasn't happy with the camera, they assured me that it was new - and that I had to check the camera settings. I already had. And I don't believe it was new. At best it was refurbished. I had an Olympus 2100 - and it was fantastic. And I had bought that one used from a private party.

So I told them I wanted my money back. They said they would send me another camera - but I wouldn't trust them again.

To talk to the return department, I had to wait over 3 hours before being able to talk to anyone! When I finally did get though to a live person - they were very rude and unaccommodating. To send the camera back - they asked me to send them an additional $54.!!

When I had sent them proof, then they would give me an RMA number - and they said that without the RMA number the camera would not be accepted, and I wouldn't get credited. I sent the camera back anyway, and asked my bank to credit my account. And they are still in the process to see if it is a 'valid' merchant service dispute. So for 3 months now, I have no camera and they still have my $400!
