well, let this be a lesson in life that should not have happen but did...
i placed the order on line and got a e mail back telling me to call w/in 24 hours.
i e-mailed them back to cancel the order and got this response

"The message you sent to thedigitalnerds.com/sales was rejected because it would exceed the quota for the mailbox.
The subject of the message follows:
Subject: FW: Order number xxxx53"

wow...

i tried to call them and got the answering mach, and could not leave a message. however, at 822am [june 22] i got a call from james from thedigitalnerds. i wanted to cancel the order and he ask why then said that i would have to pay the 20% restocking fee. thedigitalnerds had not even touch the order and wanted to charge me the restocking fee of $98.00. in the end he said that he would cancel the order and not charge me the restocking fee. all this remains to be see.

if my card gets charged it will be credit card fraud as james and i had an agreement to cancel my order.
