First, will anyone who has placed an order with this company please come forward and share the details of who you received your order, what hoops you had to jump through, what your contracts were like. I keep believing that we have to give this company time to get everything together but it appears like I may be dead wrong. Of course I suppose a satisfied customer wouldn't be on a site like this with any complaint. But if by chance you are, please let us hear from you.
Last week I spoke with Mr. Charles Mason when he answered his phone. He followed up with me via 2 emails. What a difference a week makes. This week I have left him 3 messages at extension 706. No return call. I have sent him 2 emails. No response. I have called 770-844-2097 and that number is changed to a non-published number. I called 678-520-8168 and it is again a mail box for Charles Mason. I called 678-755-0913 and that is a recording telling me that they are experiencing heavy call demand and to leave a message. That is a clever twist in scam artistry.
Last week when you called the customer serice number it placed you on hold and told you how many callers were in front of you and someone finally did answer. This week everything you push, customer service, finance, delivery etc. it all goes to a full mail box for Charles Mason. The website for digitalnow.tv is still closed for maintence for over a week now but the website for digitalnowtv.com is still taking orders and down payments for the 3 home theater packages.
My. Mason told me last week that they had secured a $20,000,000 line of credit. And finally, there are no recents rebuttal posts from Mr. Mason this week at all. Perhaps enjoying a long vacation in Maui? Perhaps we all need to get together and pursue a clas action lawsuit. I am going to be setting up an email account just for anyone whom is interested in joining forces until this RIPOFF is stopped. I am the visually impaired guy who posted a more wait and see report last week.
I cannot afford to give away a down payment while living on a fixed income.

I guess i am one of the few that did actually get there money back. I went though what most have been though on this site except i got the delaware attorney general and the ftc involved. To make a long story short they sent me a refund check then stopped payment on that check. I then went though like most calling and calling and calling and speaking to the usal suspects. I finaly threatened and told them i contatced the attorney general and seem to finally got osmethig to happen i finally got my deposit back plus fees theses people caused. This was a rip-off and i dont care what anyone says form this company YOU ARE A CROOK. YOU LIED AND LIED AND LIED then delayed and delayed and delayed,

YES, I to was scammed by these people! But how many of you are like me and were told when applying for the credit over the phone that they only needed the banking info to verify that you had an account. Then they said if we were approved they would send paper work!!
Well before we ever got the paper work they took the $$ from our account without our authorization. You'd think that would have been a major flag for us, but we had checked them out before we applied and at the time they only had one complaint with the BBB and it had been resolved. Also they did a "well you will see that it is stated we require A 10% down before shipment" and I bought it!! I then recieved the papere work and filled it out and sent it back. Thought since I got the paper work and it all looked ligit, it must be ok, right. Any ways, What I am getting at is this-- If they did this same thing to you, you should be able to get your $$ Back!! They took the $$ without authorization if they told you they only needed your account # to verify that you had one and you had not signed or even recieved the paper work authorizing any funds withdrawl. Call your bank or credit card co. and tell them you want your $$ back that you were scammed. Also, if you have any paperwork saved from these creeps KEEP it. File all the reports you can with the proper authorities and pray that these people are caught. I to am worried for my identity and have done all I can to protect myself. I hope all of you will do the same. Then I suggest as hard as it is, that you let it go for sanity's sake, I am trying to. People who do this to others are not just preying on the fact that they scammed us but they also like getting the satisfaction out of seeing how much they have made others suffer. I hope all of us get our $$ back and some justice from this whole thing.

i too have been riped off by these crooks and tomarrow im send out the letter to my credit card company.Has any one recv anything from these pepole .The last time i talked to them they told me the suystem that i ordered was out of stock and that they couldnt tell me whne id recv it.ive contacted every web site bbb fbi and still notthing has happend i havent seen a tv or a refund.

I also have his neighbors addresses and phone numbers to try and see if they have any information on this rat! We may not be able to take the law into our own hands but we may be able to put the hands of the law in his.

Read the reports on this site regarding dgitialnow.tv, find the 770 number.
Go to www.reversephonedirectory.com. put in the number, and the address of Charles Mason II will be displayed. Give this information to the police, or whichever agency you are reporting him to.
I have given this to my local PD, as well as a buddy on the job with Atlanta PD, and see if they can pay him a visit.
I hope they fry this turd, and let him stew in a Federal Pen, so that he can sell plasma tv's to Bubba and his buddies.

I am one of the many who have been ripped off my Digital Now TV. I filed my own rip off report on this site a couple of days ago and have since read the comments of other angry consumers like myself. I noticed that Charles Mason, identified as the new and improved director of Digital TV, actually responded to one person and appeared to resolve the problem - in other words, this person actually received the product on which he placed his down-payment. So, what I want to know, is WHERE ARE YOU NOW, MR. CHARLES MASON? We are consumers who trusted your company's promise. Your company seems to have renegged on its promise and simply stolen our down payments. Where is your courage, Mr. Mason? Why not have the guts to respond to the other people whose money has disappeared into your company, but who did not receive the promised goods? Apparently you are a spineless, cowardly, lowlife thief, a person without values or honor.
I will join with the others on this site to make certain this scum is stopped and prosecuted for his crimes. Perhaps someone knows a good lawyer who can help?

Dennis got nothing from these con artists but a hard time and the refund they claim I got was drawn on a closed account. Charles Mason refuses to take calls or answer emails. The number the company used at the bank that took the money from my account (404-411-2791) is now disconnected.
Charles claims to be a truthful person, I can't see it. If you ever run across Universal Household don't buy from them, the same people run this outfit.
By the way I have been dealing with them since
6-10-05.

When did Dennis get his tv system? I thought that they had given him some phony refund! Are certain people getting their systems? And the guy who i s going to Delaware, do they actually have a shop there? The phone numbers I have for area code 770 and 678 are for the Atlanta area. Please report this company. I already did through the Better Businness Bureau and The FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and also working on the Delaware State Attorney complaint.
I believe we still can make a difference and these crooks can go to jail.
