Well, my story in no different than the rest of complaints in this website.

Got approved for a plasma TV in may, filled out and mailed the paperwork, was given a delivery date, did not get anything, called them an a guy named Ulan gave the runaround about the tv's not being in stock, had it rescheduled 2 times.

Then, I decided to do a little research on the internet and found this site. I wasn't really surprised to read all these complaints based on what I had to go through.

I got the company CEO e-mail address from this site(if there is such a person)and e-mailed on july 13 to cancel my order and request a full refund. The very same day a woman called me ackwnoledging the e-mail and promised they will reimburse me the $295.00 deposit and it will take 2 weeks.(since when refunding a credit card payment takes so long?)

Anyway, I did not see the money and decided to e-mail Mr.Hamsa again on august 8 but this time I told him that if I didn't get my money back I would report the company to a credit protection agency. A day later I got an e-mail apologizing for this situation and attached a bogus word file showing a refund transaction for $295.00 (there was no authorization number on it)and as we all know any credit card transaction needs this number.

On august 16 I e-mailed back and gave them one day to get my money back or I will report the company.

Needless to say, they ripped me off. So on August 17 I reported them to the BBB and on August 22 to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) and today to ripoffreport.com

I dont know if I ever going to see my money back. However, I hope whoever reads this desists of doing any kind of businness with this company.

Let your voice be heard. File a complaint with the BBB www.bbb.org and the FTC- rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01

While the FTC does not resolve individual consumer problems, your complaints help investigate fraud, and can lead to law enforcement action. The FTC enters Internet, telemarketing, identity theft and other fraud-related complaints into Consumer Sentinel, a secure, online database available to hundreds of civil and criminal law enforcement agencies worldwide

Is interesting that such as small company like this has different numbers in different states. Besides all the addresses and phone numbers listed already I found a different one, this one list the company as part of an importers organization and names Ulan Dariah as the contact person.

The address is:
7047 E. Greenway Pkwy,
Second Floor, Suite 250
Scottsdale, AZ

Now, make no mistake. I will use any resource that the law provides to consumers to get my money back.

Good Luck

I have had problems as well with this company. They posted proof of my refund as a rebuttal to my complaint on 8-17-05. The refund was sent through Blue Pay. As of 8-22-05 no refund. I did call the company and was told this account had been closed and was closed at the time the refund was entered. I would not accept their rubber check so they tried a rubber direct refund to my account. I wish you better luck.
