I received an email solitication from Digitalnow.tv offering to sell me a plasma/hd tv at a reasonable price by paying $149.90 down and payments of about $63.00 per month. I checked on both the internet and BBB for info on this company and didn't find anything derrogatory at that time.

I completed the application and paid the down payment using my bank debit card. I received a follow-up phone call a few days later and was told I would receive my contract and needed to send the signed contract along with my most recent paystub and voided check. Once received, I was to take delivery of my home theater system on 7/20/05.

I have never heard anything back from these ripoff artists. I have tried to call their offices many times daily and get a message to press "1" to speak to customer service only to get a recorded message saying to send any cancellation request in writing to a Las Vegas, NV address and then get disconnected. If you selected the other alternative "2" for finance, the same thing happens.

After searching on the internet yesterday, I have found many, many complaints about this company including complaints stating that if you do manage to get a refund from them that the refunds checks have been returned for insufficient funds.

Please beware of these con artists.
