I ordered a video game for download from Midway Classic games. Digitalriver are the scumbags who service that order. Midway is out of business, bankrupt. So I download the game and I get an error. Robotron has caused an error and will be shut down. I had that error on my Dell desktop with Vista. Now I'm thinking it might be Vista. So I download the game onto my laptop with XP, same error. So it's not the computer's fault.

I call Digitalriver's customer "service" line. It's not even an 800 or 888 number. You have to dial direct. After explaining to the customer service "rep" that the game is creating an error, she wants me to call technical support. That's not going to happen as both my computers have the same error and I am NOT going to be on the phone with some moron, reading from a book, for days on the error. Then I ask for a refund, she tells me that my order cannot be refunded. Oh really? I hung up.

I am contacting a class-action attorney on this matter. Me and many other people have been ripped off by digitalriver and I am contacting the Federal Trade Commission. I will file a report with the FTC. Stay tuned, this might actually go somewhere.
