I need the company to re-send me the product key of the product I have purchased. I tried using the links on their website but all it does is send me an email with another link that sends me to the same place I had tried before. I have sent many emails over the course of two weeks with no response. I tried to call their customer service number only to find it was disconnected. Digital River needs to re-evaluate the way they handle customer service.
