Digitel Online Enlaces Radiofonicos, S.A DE C.V Paid for pager service asked for refund because service was poor. Company said I never paid! Mexican robbers! RIPOFF Mexico City Mexico

Paid for pager service for my fiance so we can be closer. The service was very poor. Messages hardly ever got through.

She was very angry and dissatisfied. She wrote a letter to Digitel and asked that her service be stopped and money refunded. The service was stopped but the money was never refunded to me!

I contacted my credit card company to ask for help. They are trying. However Digitel said I never paid for the service. This is a outright lie!

I have proof from my credit card statement that they charged me 280.09 American dollars.

Just recently went to Mexico City and tried to straighten this out. Seems this it the typical customer service of Mexican companies.
They act like you are trying to rob money from them! They are the robbers!

Sort of at a stand still right now waiting for my credit card company to get the money back.

Finally Digitel is saying that I got the service but are refusing to give them money back.

Believe they either took the money and used it for other things or that they are going out of business and trying to recoup any money they can get.

This isn't the first time I had problems with Mexican Companies. I really feel for the Mexican people. They are always the victims of corporate greed.
