I purchased the Queensland Master franchise after talking to the Australian Master franchisee in late Oct 07.
Part of the deal for my investment of $18,700 AUD was my own website that clients would buy from.
A laptop,stationary,stock to the value of $3,800 (my choice) a glamour tower fully stocked plus training and support plus advertsing of the brand Dilara in Australia
I paid my $3,000 dep then the remainder by money transfer
So far none of the promises that were made have transpired apart from a website that states Queensland but has all the CEO's details on it.
and absolutely nothing else to this day.
Also the fact that I had several enquiries from prospective people wanting to purchase sub franchises as well as I had two paying customers that never received their goods.
Everytime we ( Aust Master & Business Development Manager)approach/correspond with CEO there always appears to be a hiccup or problem.
Australian Master Franchisee has quit twice and the Australian Master Franchise was offered to me free of charge.
After enquiring as to why CEO would do that it was stated that i had the get up and go attitude Dilara neede to progress.
It is only just recently that I found out that the Australian Master never parted with any funds whatsoever as well as the Dilara Business Development Manager who also lives in Australia.
I am at my wits end as the company is still heavily promoting opportunites and is yet to honour their promises to me and I have found out that I am the first overseas franchisee to sign up so there is a strong possibility that there a more victims,let's hope not .
All I want is my money back and if there is a way to have a closure then I will be extremely happyD

I was looking into purchasing one of Patrick Mausers Dilaragroups franchises. My sister became ill and so I placed things on hold and as i had not committed to signing. I thought this was the last I would hear from him until I was able. I was wrong. Patrick bombarded me and my husband with offers of deals behind the Master Franchisees back. He was effectively trying to cut out the middle man.
I approached the Master Franchisee of Patricks proposal of him and I taking on a partnership arrangement. The Master Franchisee knew nothing of this. But it wasnt the first time Patrick had seen fit to change the rules as he saw fit. He had already taken the Master Franchise back and given it to someone who had a very bad reputation. And then took it back again and handed it back.
This man is not a businessman in the true sense of the word. He is a wheeler and dealer and does what he thinks suits the moment. He is a user and a manipulator. I know the Queensland franchisee has not received her stock as I did my own investigating prior to signing with his company. What I found was he was not on the UK's Trading list and other than the press releases and ads he does himself to make him sound impressive it is nothing more than a crock.
I strongly warn anyone from having anything to do with any company that involves Patrick Mauser as he is a man of little scrupples.

So far only one of the promises has been put in place, a website Dilara Queensland which is absolutely useless, because you can not get stock from Dilara so you lose customers.
Rest of the agreement of laptop, stationary, stock, training & support has not transpired.
