This company advertises themselves as "locally owned" and service conscious. However, after buying a 52" Sony TV from them, and their service technician admitting it was defective, they refused to repair or replace it. Then suggested that I go to Sony, who avoided the warranty by demanding that I do impossible online self-diagnosis.
I then gave the owner, Jeff Ethridge, a full report and that I was relying on his representations of standing behind what he sold. He flatly refused to service or replace the TV, or to send technician to verify problems any further.
