Complaint Review: DILLARDS DEPT.STOREGE MONEY BANK

I received my dillards credit card statement. This was for dec 08. I noticed my credit line had been reduced. I then looked at balance and called them and my balance was over my credit limit. They had told me the sent out a letter. They did not. They said they changed it in Nov. they did not, I have Nov. statement. I get my statements but got no letter. I have been with them for 10 plus years and am not late and they lowered the line substantially. I got no explanation why. It is illegal with the federal laws to do this without notification. If they base this on your credit report, that is also illegal. They have federal guidelines and continually decide to cross them. I told them that I filed a complaint with the FTC and will take action if I see an over the limit charge on my account. I also see that they charged rates that are above my balance. Lets give these idiots what they deserve, nothing.
