Dillon Myrick came to my house representing Reliable Service Company and then charged my credit card $400 through his own company and did not return to repair the refrigerator. We were told by Reliable that Dillon was fired for fraud and that he swindled them out of thousands of dollars. At that point we were told we were on our own to try and get our money back and our refrigerator repaired.
We are currently trying to deal with Dillon’s liability insurance to replace our refrigerator since we had another technician come (one with an A rating on Angie’s list) and told us that Dillon broke our refrigerator beyond repair. It currently does not stay at temperature in the freezer or refrigerator and still does not make any ice or dispense any water. There is now a large rust spot on the back of the refrigerator and it leaks water and it freezes on the back. None of those things were wrong with our refrigerator when Dillon initially came to repair it.
The refrigerator is only 3 years old and we now have to replace it after the only initial problem was that it made too much ice!!! Never use Dillon Myrick or Reliable Service Company for any repairs!
