I contact Dimarkco Chandler via the internet after seeing postings for his apartments for rent. I called Dimarkco and we met within the same week for him to show me an apartment in Los Angeles. He told me he was the landlord, and introduced me to other tenants that were living in the building. I liked the area, and the apartment so I gave Dimarkco a check for my deposit, signed a lease, and was scheduled to move in about a week later.

Upon move in day, I gave Dimarkco another check for the first month's rent, and was given the key to the apartment. Two days later, after the checks had gone through and everything was cashed, the lights and water were turned off in the entire building, and the main entrance was no longer opening with the given key. The 6 tenants of the building (whom had all moved in within the previous month) got together and were relentlessly calling and emailing Dimarkco. We all had nowhere to go, and many of us had our pets and personal items all inside of the building.

As it turns out, Dimarkco was not the landlord. The owner of the building found out that Dimarkco had "rented" the apartments that were actually vacant in preparation for remodeling. The owner of the building kicked everyone out, as our contracts meant nothing legally, and Dimarkco was not heard from again. Everyone had to scramble to find living arrangements, most whom had just spent a good deal of money moving into the new apartments.

I have been persistant in this matter, filing police reports with the LAPD, and working with detectives. Due to the volume of cases in the Los Angeles area, the case has not been properly investigated.

Through my own detective work, I have found Dimarkco over the last year on social media sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter, and his own website The Guardian Express Las Vegas (which seems to be another scam).

Avoid Dimarkco at all costs. Everything he does is sleazy, false and presumably a way for him to begin another scam. I sincerely hope that this man's actions finally catch up to him, because in all of the people I have contacted that have had any type of relationship with him, they have been victims too.

Dimarkco Stephen Chandler is a fraud. He is currently running a growing online news website that is paying "certified writers" pennies, if anything, for their work. My hopes are that everyone victimized in the last 20 years by Dimarkco will recieve some type of closure on many of these open cases.
