Ripoff Report always monitors these emails to insure the member business does what they agreed to Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics did just that.

When we get to your building, we thoroughly inspect your roof by first core sampling your roof to know what you CURRENTLY HAVE. This is SO important. How can a roofing company tell you what is best for you when they don't know what you have for a deck or if you already have three roofs overlayed on eachother. We have saved some customers from disaster by explaining that if they were to accept the low bid they showed us, it would have collapsed their roof. Some buildings are built with fragile gypsum decks and the wrong install could be dangerous. We have estimators who between the two have over 55 years of estimating experience. " My name is Matthew Lamz and I am the President of Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics. Thank you for taking the time to read this review on Dimensional Roofing & Diagnostics as the outrageous reports filed are clearly made out of anger from a disgruntled, terminated employee. The roofing business is cut throat as it is, but when the cancer is on the inside of the company, it can be dangerous. The reports that were filed were done about a year and a half ago and since then our company has continued to grow. None of the claims were true and Dimensional Roofing has continued to build top quality roofs. The terminated employee was a salary compensated individual and become jealous of our hard working sales reps who were truly working and making the company money. Instead of coming to work, the disgruntled came in to work after lunch and used company credit cards to buy personal items for himself. Video footage is kept of him in our office after midnight going through other employees offices. This is just unacceptable. He has been terminated and a Human Resources Consultant has been hired to keep our policies clear hiring techniques effective. We would like to thank our many loyal corporate and private clients for their understanding and trust in Dimensional Roofing for they know who we are and what we do.

Furthermore, our supply and manufacturer networks have been supportive and undertanding the same.
