Complaint Review: Dimereseller

Do not deal with this Company.
I have a few domain names that I registered with them and now want to transfer to Godaddy. They do not want to provide Godaddy with the information they need (IPP authorization code) to do so.

I have contacted them numerous times and they told me that I could do it myself on their website. However, that function does not work on their website. Even though I informed them of this, they STILL REFUSED to help me. Now they don't even get back to me anymore...

I am now stuck with my domain names with them and they have become useless to me.

Therefore if you are thinking of using this Company, don;t waste your time.
I have extremely happy with Godaddy.

The reason I did not want to stay with Dimereseller is that their server went down and all my websites were lost. They did not make any backup. They told me that it would have cost extra for that feature. They could not even retrieve my information from their old server. A nightmare to say the least.

You should really think about using a larger Company for your hosting... These fly by night places located in "who knows where" are hard to communicate with and do what they want...
