Complaint Review: Dimex Africa Waheed Khan South Africa

Dimex Africa was given payment for a car that was to be shipped to me but was never received. Mr Waheed Khan runs this car sales and shipping company. I was supposed to receive a BMW X6 whoch never came, every time it was an excuse and he would blame the shipping company or customs clearance. Khan advised me that it was a good condition ex rental car that he could offer me at a disccounted price so i transfered the money. I was use use the car at my holiday home in Cape Town in Camps Bay south Africa.

I have read on the net that other people in other countries south africa,  UK , USA have also shared the same experience. I am now worried that Khan will nt return my money or ever deliver a car.

I now feel cheated and will seek legal advice in an attempt to recoup my lost money.
