You may or may not get your adjustment as you thought you were scheduled for. It's closed often every time school is on a break which is often. Then the patients are left without adjustments during these frequent vacations the Dr takes. You may or may not get your calls returned timely. He has no clerical staff. This is a nice place to get a free  massage that will be billled as manipulation treatment and a whole other slew of things to your insurance company you didn't receive. The hours here are short and irregular compared to other chiropractors in the area. It was important to me to have a larger practice with one open past 1pm on Fridays and open 4 out of the 5 weekdays Til 7pm!! Staff that answers the phone right away and an online system so the patient can self schedule which one cannot do here.
