On June 20, 2017, I placed an order online for some living room furniture for my sitting area.  After placing the order, I did not receive a copy of my order, but I took me to a screen that provided the order number.  I screen shout it and called the company and said I did not get a copy

  They told me it would be in my email.  After a few day of not seeing an email, I called again and they told me they could not find it.  I gave them my email address and they still could not find my order.  I then gave them a copy of the order number that I had screen shot, and they told me it was in processing.

After another week or two went by I called again and asked about my order and I was given the same answer.  After a month. July 14, 2017.  I sent an email to cancel my order.  I explained that I have been asking about my order for over a month and I never received a copy of my order.  When i said I wanted to cancel I all of a sudden received a copy of my order, then I told them I wanted to cancel it because after a month of no answers about my order.  I had order the furniture from Amazon.  Alvin the sells rep offered me $25 off my order, but I said not.

He then offered me $50 all the way to $400.00 not to cancel my order.  I told him no each time he asked me and then I asked if I agree can you get my furniture by the 2nd week in August.   He said he would ask the supervisor, but never guarantee me a delivery date.   I sent another email and said my credit card was not charged at that time so, it should be easy to cancel my order.  

On. July 20, 2017 my credit card was charged for the furniture.   I called my credit card company and disputed the charges.  Several days, a manager Steven called around 3:00pm and I explained everything to him that I order the furniture from Amazon, but I did not keep the Sofas because the delivery guys could not get it through my doors.  he said he would send someone to disassemble the furniture, put it in the room of my choice and put it back together, and we will refund me  the cost of the  chairs,  since I had kept the chairs from Amazon.   He would get back with me and let me know about the assembling of my furniture.   I said ok.

The next morning around 10:00am.  I called which was less than the 24 hours’ notice they required.  I said I only need one sofa.  He said the person in charge of my order is on the phone and will call you back shortly.  I called several times up until 5:00pm.

 I asked who was in charge of my account and can I get her email address.   I was told Raquel.    I sent her an email explain that I have been trying to call her all da.   I wanted to cancel the order because No one is replying to me, and I have been trying to make sure I received one sofa would be shipped instead of two.   I received a call immediately and she said was on the phone, she was sorry, she called back get back with me on Monday, and that my order could not ship because it was in dispute.

I did not hear from her Raquel until Tuesday, she was sick and she told me the furniture had already shipped.  We went back and forth and I told her that I had tried to cancel my one of the sofa; you told me that my order could not ship because it was in dispute and now my order has ship.  I contacted my credit card and I do not know what was said, but I was charged, for restocking fees and other charges. $3296.02.  I am out 3k, I have not heard from any one, and I have no furniture.
