The man lives in another county and comes to Columbus to prey on people needing masonary work only to talk a great line and write a proposal requesting a deposit. Once the money is in hand he may appear to begin the job only to crawl back in his hole until the money runs out never to return to finish a job. He may show his insurance company. He may tell you he did this or that. He will make some of the best excusses only to keep you from filing a report or complaint. Don't count on the legal system. He doesn't care.
It's a shame people like this make honest people look bad! He should be locked up!
