i order an item from them on december 9 shows shipped on december 18 i paid for fedes shippent they shipped it ems funny thing is shows shipped on 19 to canada todays jan 4th hasnt arrived in canada keep asking the but this all i get from them.

Why is my item shipped by ems ? I paid for fedex express I want my item emidately Shipped by fed ex why a uk company I never heard of shipping my package please imidately transfer my item To fed ex which I paid for express shipping not ems don't change carrier on me thank u No excuses

Dear customer, Sorry for the inconvenience brought to you. Your item has been shipped out by EMS on Dec 18. Therefore we can't change the shipment method for you. Why is your item shipped by ems ?There are several reasons for that: 1.Products like lasers, E-cigarettes cannot be shipped by express mail as it can be easily detained by the customs. In this case, we ship them by regular post service. 2. Some countries are not covered by UPS/DHL/Fedex, so the carrier will change the shipping method for your package. I been trying to track package by ems my track number is showing up invalid I send mail to them they responded Ee50388596cn track number does not exist they never receaved The package? Still showing the same where is my package? I am very disappointed Will never order or tell my friends about u guys they orderd the same thing from different Company they already got it except me

 We are sorry for the mess,sometimes the tracking website is update slowly,would you please try it later,hope you can understand.Your pacakage need 3-7 working days to arrive you,so please donot worry about that.

hi need info its been 10 bussiness days no item received yet funny tracking shows left 19 of december and its january 4th now item has not been scanned in canada port where did it go? if u cant find it i want replacement shipped immidately by fedex i had my patiance do ur job.
