"Bought" a camera for my daughter on the 12 of December. Told it would arrive within 14 days. It didn't. I figured I would give it as a New Years gift---didn't get it. Repeatedly told through e-mails it was on its way, blah, bah. Never came. I requested my money back--nothing, but e-mails that continued to say it was on the way. The return letters are obviously pre-made and never address your money being returned after you have clearly stated you want it. They said they would send it out registered mail. I clearly told them not to bother; I wanted my money returned. They sent it, we did not touch it. Deciding to either send it return to sender, or as registered mail ourselves--not sure which way to go on that. They have no phone number, no contact and I think they are out of the country because the word chinese comes up on their website--but not as an address, as a place where items may come from. I am tired of being ignored. They are winning--they simply ignore you until they think you will get tired and give in. I am called the bulldozer around here, but I can't fond to whom I should be contacted in my state to have some form of follow up. This is not fair; I know, I know, life is not fair--but when can we step up and get fairness out of one little scam company like this? There is enough of us to get together and make some claim. One of us must know a lawyer who can put a little shake-up t these jerks.

Toll-free phone number

While I had similar issues as you, I did get a toll free number (from my Credit Card company) to contact them if you want (of course, no one responded). It is 877-321-3622. I also contested the payment and at the time, Scotiabank VISA (Canadian Bank) agreed to freeze payment on this item.

This company is based in China, uses the United Kingdom to process payments and its only US location appears to be a warehouse in LA. As I said in my complaint, if I had known this was a Chinese located company, I'd never buy from them.

I would suggest calling your credit card company and dispute the charge. You should make headway - and if the camera comes, that's great.

I doubt a lawyer will do much, honestly. The company is based in China, and I have a feeling their courts could care less about North American's!
