I purchased 2 wiper arms for my 1996 Corvette from Dinos in Picayune, MS. I spoke with Dino to be sure we had the right parts. Order # 44249 paid by Amex and shipped. The parts arrived on a Wednesday afternoon. The very next day, Thursday, my Corvette was smashed in a parking lot by a texting driver severally damaging the drivers side at the tire including the windshield.

I notified Dinos immediately asking to return the parts for a refund due to the accident. He refused citing a policy of no returns. He did not mention this policy during our order conversation. Dino said it is the website, which hidden in all the fine print and never read. I asked again and was turned down.

Now, I am out $112.98. Dinos is a heartless, dishonest, irresponsible business owner with no regard for peoples circumstance or customer goodwill. The policy can be amended as needed if he had any kind of a soul. Do not do business with Dinos Corvette Salvage in Picayune, MS.

This is a very simple case of a disgruntled customer going to extreme lengths to try and get his way. According to our policy, we did offer this customer a company credit that could be used toward a future purchase. Mr Bob Finke is a customer service nightmare. He agreed to our terms of agreement prior to placing an order which is posted on our website (not in fine print by the way as he claims).

Our terms and conditions link is in the footer of our website and before you place an order you have to check a box that says you’ve read the terms and agreement before placing your order. Mr Finke checked the box and stated that he read the terms and agreement before ordering.

This customer has reported our company with an A plus rating to the better business bureau, MS state attorney generals office and now Rip Off Report.com in an effort to try and smear our companies excellent name. If you are reading this and you are one of the thousands of customers that have done business with our company, than you should know that you just simply can’t please everyone and although things do happen in life, we just simply can’t control what us outside of our scope of business.

This customer has been banned from our website due to his aggressive nature and should be avoided at all costs. I took the time to post this rebuttal because after 20 plus years of doing business on the internet our company can boast a stellar 99.9% customer satisfaction rate.
