I would actually rate this store 0 stars if the option was available. I made a Pandora Jewelry purchase on 5/11/19 for a total of $318.60 but after going home and researching one of the items purchased I decided to return the item to the store. Prior to purchase I was never advised that the store had a no return policy,..there is no signage in the store saying as such either.

The only place this policy is written is on the printed receipt you get AFTER you have made your purchase. It's too late by then. I went in to the store on 5/13/19 the item unopened with original receipt and was advised of the unstated no return policy.

I was given the option of an exchange or a store credit which I did not want either. after looking around the store I decided on not exchanging for anything in the store and was forced to take a store credit that I will never use due to the  shade sale tactics of this store. REMEMBER I DO NOT HAVE THE ITEM IN MY POSSESSION. IT WAS RETURNED TO THE STORE
