Complaint Review: DiplomaXpress.com

i lost my diploma from a major university of which I attended and graduated. Diplomxpress promised exact replicas. I send them a bank check for $125 and waited, and waited, and sent emails, and waited and waited, and left voice messages and waited and waited. After one month I checked to find out the bank check was not ever cashed. After waiting a month waiting and waiting.....I was fortunate enough to be able to stop payment of the bank check. I guess they are not for real or someone died. Either way there are plenty of other companies out there that actually deliver. I'm not saying they are fraudulent, after all they never cashed my check as I was able to stop payment, however I guess they are a part time garage operation who offer no customer service. Just a word to the wise
