He failed to ever deliver. He held himself out as having a working cabinet making shop. None existed. He held up the construction project. He was eventually sued. He entered a confession of judgment and has since failed to satisfy the judgment.
He had a reputation in the building for similar conduct. It is amazing how professional he is at the willingness to face you in the wake of taking your money and delivering nothing. Stay away from this man!
