i wasn't given monies owed , i signed the contract October 19 2011 for work on my roof at my residents, they didn't do anything since signing; they only paid back 500.00 also i took the company to small claims court i won the judgement they didn't show up also they were to pay me 1382.00 plus 4% . i contacted the better business bureau on this matter they stated that they talked with the senior father and they were on vacation and didn't receive anything from the dayton muncipal courts in the mail, i looked it up and the letter was sent on March the 15 per the 30 days that was given to them for my money to be returned, the better business bureau still have them as "A" rating on diralast roofing and siding when asked why, knowing that i sued them, that the better business bureau would still have an "A" rating on diralast roofing and siding they stated an algorithm method was used to determine the companies rating, this was nothing but two companies involved in one scam, i'm a widow this should never happen to anyone.

This report was filed before the issue was resolved.  We tried to contact the customer many times, but never received an answer or call back.  As soon as we contacted the customer we refunded the full amount through Dayton, Ohio courts.  The reason she would not contact us about her refund is because she did not want to pay the 10% cancellation fee that was stated on the signed contract.  This issue has been resolved for quite some time and we hope that a misunderstanding like this never happens again.
